Fabulous 1960's designer Bill Blass chic cotton dress in black and white. Beautifully constructed and fully lined. I love the side pocket. A timeless piece from an iconic designer. The fabric is a heavy weight cotton that wears well in both winter and spring. 

In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
